GUARANTEE and RETURN POLCIES

All hairpieces are guaranteed up to 6 months against manufacturer defects. Manufacturing defects do not include fit for stock hairpieces, curl, color change or fading, and hair breakage. These conditions are subject to variables beyond our control. Most commonly, hair breakage is not considered to be hair loss, and is not covered by the guarantee. If there are signs of stubble, or frizzy hair at the base, where factory knotting is still intact – this is generally caused by the customer – and is not considered to be a defect in hair, fiber or ventilation. We do not guarantee chemically treated hair, or permanently attached hair for any length of time. We further reserve the right to pro-rate any hair replacement returned against guarantee.

STOCK HAIRPIECES

Stock hairpieces may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within 14-days, provided that they are returned in original condition, unwashed, uncut, unstyled, and attached to factory form, and in factory box. Any alteration to a Stock hairpiece will void return policy. If the factory hairpiece box is damaged, or the tags are removed or missing, the return will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Customers are responsible for postage on all returns and exchanges. Returns via C.O.D. will not be accepted.

CUSTOM-MADE HAIRPIECES

Custom orders are guaranteed to be made as specified on your custom order form. Order forms must be legible, understandable, and complete. Tape templates/molds must contain at least 2 layers of reinforcing material to maintain shape. Hair samples must be sufficient in size and quantity for correct color matching. If your instructions are not followed, or if the size or color match is incorrect, we will remake the order at no charge provided that the original defective system is returned immediately. Factory free remake will only be made with return of the defective hair system, and the original template/mold and color samples bearing factory order numbers – no exceptions. Cash refunds are not available for custom-made hairpieces.
